Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, unedited unboxing video is required for all returns or replacements.

• The issue must be visible in the unboxing video

• Claims not shown in the video will be treated as customer-based returns

Return Shipping Cost

Customer Pays (Customer Reasons):
Change of mind, wrong item ordered, color/design preference, expectation mismatch, not needed, accidental purchase.
Customer must courier the item back in unused condition.

Seller Pays (Seller Mistake):
Wrong item, damaged/defective product, missing parts — only if clearly visible in unboxing video.

Refunds

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
COD refunds via UPI/bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Used items, customer-damaged items, DIY kits with used/missing materials, personalized items, and sale/clearance items.
